WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide ongoing training and support to customers on how best they can use the product
• Design and develop new features required by customers
• Engage with customers, users, and other stakeholders to Identify possible areas for application enhancement
• Document application features developed to ensure all users and stakeholders understand how it works
• Implement ongoing product research to enhance product usability and innovation
• Lead product strategy to develop detailed requirements and features that customers love
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.

EXPECTED EDUCATION

Certificate or diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, Software Development, or a similar field

BASIC TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• PHP
• Laravel
• Mysql/Postgres/SQL-Server database
• (X) HTML & CSS

EXPERIENCE

• At least building Two (2) projects from scratch that use the above basic technical skills.
• At least 2 years of experience

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language is required. PHP is preferred with experience in Laravel or other PHP Frameworks like CodeIgniter, Yii, Zend, and Cake are also acceptable.
• Proficiency with SQL & knowledge of databases
• The ability to perform night/weekend work
